Drew Adcock: SS/RHP, (2023) Oklahoma Christian, OK. 6-foot, 175-pound lanky frame. Recorded a time of 7.36 in the 60-yard dash. Started in a tall balanced stance with a controlled slow load, then used a controlled stride just before his swing. Had level simple swing plane, some bat speed and low finish. He Barreled up multiple balls with some loud contact. Pull side approach. Adcock had an exit velocity of 78 mph. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 66 mph; showed soft hands, a developing exchange and consistent feet. Used a short arm action with a high ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Average on the mound, used a long arm action with an over-the-top arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Slow-tempo type pitcher who uses easy effort. Has consistent balance point with even shoulders. Lands closed with a clean finish. Produced a fastball that came in at 71-73 mph; showed some control and some action. Has slight action and glove side control on his 12/6 slider. His changeup (65-70) had some command and slight action.

A 5-foot-11, 165 pound long and lean frame. On the mound the right-hander works from a controlled tempo delivery with a high leg kick a slight pause at the top before gliding down the mound and finishing towards the dish. Arm action is very long in the back, getting fully extended before getting short and coming through a high-¾ slot. Fastball keeps its plane, ranging 72-74 mph, mostly strikes. Changeup shows late fade at 66-67 mph. Curveball is still developing with 11/5 rolling action at 64-65 mph.
12/15/19
Demonstrated a lean 5-foot-11, 165-pound frame with room to add strength as he matures. The right-handed hitter begins with a bent, even stance utilizing a toe-tap to initiate his swing. Hips at times leak forward to the pull side, pulling the barrel out of the zone early. Displayed adequate barrel awareness off the tee with a left-center field approach. Registered a 79 mph bat-exit velocity while hitting into a tall, stiff front side contacting the ball on a flat barrel path. The primary shortstop featured soft hands and active feet, evidenced by a rangy play to his glove side that he made look easy. Took solid routes to the baseball allowing for accurate 71 mph arm-strength across the diamond out of a high ¾ arm-slot with a short takeaway.
