Starts in an athletic strong stance with a compact load, then uses a controlled stride. Has a simple upward swing plane, efficient bat speed and high finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 83 mph; had a natural exchange, sure hands, and consistent footwork. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. Showed off his speed at the event, running a swift 6.92 60-yard dash. On the mound, used a compact arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Had slight running action. (Max spin 2233; Avg 2172). Threw a 11/5 curveball with gradual action. (Max spin 2209; Avg 2169). Has late action on his 10/4 slider. (Max spin 2201; Avg 2165).
