From the infield he uses good footwork to approach the baseball and showed good range, with the ability to move well laterally. Throws with a clean arm action through a ¾ slot recording a top velocity of 81 mph across the infield. Right-handed hitter starts from an open stance getting himself squared back up to even before he swings. Has minimal load with his hands that are able to get into a good launch position before he swings. Swings with a more upward bat path through the zone. Showed the ability to use both sides of the field during his round of batting practice. Recorded a top exit velocity of 84 mph and ran a 4.79 home to first base time.
2/20/16 6-foot, 170-pound athletic build. At the plate the righty starts in a wider setup and uses his lower half efficiently through a knee pinch, toe tap load and stride. Hands go slightly back during his load before firing the barrel through the zone on a level path. Had an impressive batting practice and registered a top exit velocity of 85 mph. A versatile defender with the ability to play both the infield and outfield. In the infield he used athletic footwork before funneling the ball into the middle of his body. From a high-3/4 slot he threw across the infield with 80 mph arm strength. In the outfield he was able to get good use out of his crow hop before throwing accuretly to home plate with 84 mph arm strength. Will need to quicken up his transfer. Ran a 4.11 from home to first. On the mound Tyler uses a faster pace tempo with good direction to home plate. Arm has some looseness to it from a high-3/4 slot with his fastball sitting 77-80 mph. His best offspeed pitch is his slider the darts across the plate with late action at 71-72 mph. Also spins a 63-65 mph curveball with a 12/6 shape and signs of sharpness.

Registered a top exit velocity of 83 mph. From the outfield he shows good footwork and utilizes a good crow hop. Threw with 82 mph arm strength from the outfield. In the infield he shows soft hands as well as 79 mph arm strength across the diamond. Ran a 4.22 from home to first. On the mound he has good tempo and is able to generate good momentum towards home plate with his lower half. Uses a three pitch mix from an over the top slot with his fastball sitting 77-79 mph. Curveball has an 11/5 shape to it with gradual break at 62-64 mph. Mixed in a changeup that had some sink to it at 67-68 mph.
