Travis Hoffmeyer: OF/RHP, (2025) Marlington, OH. 5-foot-10, 150-pound. In the box, the right-handed hitter had an exit velocity of 87 mph. (66.4 mph bat speed average). (19.6 mph hand speed average). Started in an athletic quiet stance with a tight load, then used a controlled stride. Bat speed was quick, had an uphill swing plane and high finish. Solid from the outfield, he made throws to the infield at velocities up to 73 mph; shows a clean exchange, consistent hands, and developing feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Had a loose arm action with a high ¾ slot. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.51. On the mound, showed some arm speed, he had a high ¾ arm angle with a loose arm action. Drop-and-drive type pitcher who uses easy effort. Slider (68-70 mph). Sat with his fastball at 70-71 mph. Had slight running action. (Max spin 1949; Avg 1879). He had some action on his curveball. His changeup (67-68) had late action.
