8/5/18 5-foot-10, 175-pound. Right-handed hitting infield prospect. Starts at the plate crouched and slightly open. Rotational type hitter with a pull side approach. Barrel stays through the zone on a mostly level plane registering a exit velocity of 80 mph. Shows good lateral movement at thirdbase. Glove is solid and has a smooth transfer. Throws reached a top velocity of 81 mph with accuracy. Also ran a 4.59 home to first.
7/2/18 At the plate he starts in a wider setup from the right side. Loading sequence is athletic and creates energy. Balanced launch followed by a nice, level path through the zone. Has feel for squaring up the baseball regularly. Sprayed line drives all over the field showing both speed and strength to hands with strength playing as the slightly louder tool presently. Very solid performance in the infield. Mechanically sound with fluid actions. Ball skills are above average for class and he has obvious confidence in his glove. Tossed it across the diamond with both strength and accuracy. 60-yard dash: 7.35 Infield Velocity: 80 Exit Velocity: 83
1/16/16 5-foot-9, 170-pound average build. At the plate he uses simple mechanics, with good rhythm to keep a short, compact swing with a level bat path. Exit velocity was 81 mph. In the field he showed good tempo approaching ground balls, but he tends to field the ball too deep into his body. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot with 76 mph arm strength across the diamond. Ran a 7.91 60 yard dash. On the mound he is a drop and drive type pitcher, landing slightly closed at foot strike. Throwing from a high 3/4 arm slot with some arm speed, he sat 74-77 mph with his fastball. Tends to lower his arm angle to a 3/4 slot on his curveball which showed gradual break at a 10/4 tilt.
