2/15/20 Position Player Hit: Balanced stance, uses a back load during short stride, balanced launch, level path with balanced natural tools. All fields approach, line drive flight, more to come. Top BP Exit Velocity: 77.9 mph Top BP Distance: 200 feet Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles. Field: In the field Finucane shows good natural athleticism and instincts. He has good feet and shows good rhythm and timing to the ball. Overall good ball skills. One area that could be improved would be for him to be less committed to fielding every ball with two hands. It limits his range and he already has good enough feet to put himself in good positions where using two hands isn’t always necessary. Throw: 80 mph across the diamond. Defensive Projection: 2B(if arm strength improves SS could also potentially be an option at next level).
