A physical bat from the left side. Hands stay quiet during his leg kick timing trigger. Swing is compact, displaying an above average combination of strength and bat speed through the zone. A handsy hitter that can drive the both gaps with more authority to pull side. Solid bat to follow. Worked out at both first base and the outfield. Frame fits the first base position and he brings above average athleticism to the spot. Feet work well off the bag, showing above average lateral mobility. Ball skills are adequate for the spot. Showed feel off and around the bag. Solid defender. In the outfield he plays under control to and one-handed through. Does a nice job of maintaining momentum through fielding into throws. Corner type.
