7/11/18
Defensively uses efficient angles getting to the baseball while cutting down throwing distances well. Shows the ability to range in every direction making all the plays cleanly. 2B type skillset while uses a ¾ throwing slot. As a defender first time we have seen him in the outfield while looking the part. Creates energy into throws with efficient routes to the baseball. Long, loose arm through a high ¾ slot.

At the plate he starts in an athletic setup. Goes with a leg kick, bat tip combination in loading sequence. Path is downhill showing developing natural tools through the zone. Would be aided by leveling out path to produce more regular backspin. A contact type guy with more to come with maturity. In the infield he moves well and has an above average glove. Looks sure-handed, making all the plays in defensive evaluation. How arm develops will likely determine which side of the field he ends up on.

A fluid swinger from the right side. Uses a short stride while taking his hands to launch. Path is level and swing is compact. Maintains load while getting foot down early. Contact type guy that worked well to the middle of the field. Defensively, he projects as a second base type. Active feet. Good job attacking the baseball and getting rid of the baseball. Arm strength needs to continue to improve for the next level.
