Begins in an athletic quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was quick, displayed a loose level swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 76 mph; has consistent feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Used a high ¾ slot and a quick arm action. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 7.47. .
