Bat speed was developing, had a level swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 66 mph; has developing feet, sure hands, and a natural exchange. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Had a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. The athletic recruit showcased his speed with a sub-seven 60 time of 6.87.
2B, (2024) Triway, OH. 5-foot-9, 140-pound athletic frame. Solid in the box, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 78 mph. (63.8 mph bat speed average). (20.5 mph hand speed average). Starts in a crouched open stance with a tight load, then uses a small leg kick. Has a short uphill swing plane, above average bat speed and high finish. Found lots of barrels with some loud contact. Tough out approach. Solid while in the infield, made throws at velocities up to 64 mph; shows consistent feet, a developing exchange, and firm hands. Fielded the ball out front with average movement laterally. Had a short arm action and a ¾ slot with decent accuracy to the bag. Recorded a time of 7.37 in the 60-yard dash.
