Every time we see him he stands out / not sure you'll find many 27s from any state down here that can match. Offensively it's athletic and explosive with upper 90s barrels when squared. Also expect him to stand out with the run / arm tool. Uber-talented.
6/27/23
Noah Goettke: OF/RHP, (2027) Archbishop Moeller, OH. 6-foot-1, 170-pound. Starts in a balanced stance with a tight controlled load, then uses a leg kick. Bat speed is above average, has a short level swing plane and balanced finish. He found lots of barrels through his rounds. Gap to gap tough out approach. When throwing from the outfield, he showed off his strong arm with throws at velocities of 92 mph. Performed well in the 60-yard dash, clocking a speedy time of 6.85.
7/26/22
Arguably the most explosive, offensive 2027 bat to take the field today. The tools are off the charts loud. All barrels come off 90+ climbing into the upper 90s. Flat out electric in the box. Positionally he looks the part in the OF as well. Athleticism translates and he shows quality tempo on the play through. Ball skills are above average as well and arm is one of the better we've seen in that class. Going to be a good one.
