8/12/18
Tooker continue to show two-way capabilities. Looks the part physically on the bump at 6-foot-3, 195-pounds. With his length/athleticism he gets down the mound well with energy. Long loose arm through a high-¾ slot. Ball comes out well with fastball sitting 82-84 mph. Fastball showed a little more life than we’ve seen this summer. Also showed a heavy dose of breaking balls. The near 12/6 breaker is a quality offering that drops off the table with some depth. A righty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Physical kid with long levers. Uses a toe turn for timing as hands flow through back load. Aggressive swinger with the ability to drive the gaps with ease. Worked through a middle-away approach in BP on this day. Middle of the lineup type bat. Also looked the part at first base. Frame plays with well above average athleticism. Projects as a well above average defender at the next level.

On the bump he has a physical, projectability frame at 6-foot-3, 195-pounds. Arm works well through a high-¾ slot and he can repeat delivery. Fastball comes out well sitting 80-83 mph. Put away pitch is the breaking ball that has late, hard bite on an 11/5 frame. Well above average offering. A righty bat that starts in an athletic setup. Load is athletic and efficient. Aggressive hitter that doesn’t get cheated up there. Physical kid with well above average bat speed. Drove the ball with authority to pull side in BP. Upside bat with run producer potential. Checks all the boxes at first base. Frame, feel, ball skills all well above average for the spot. Good athlete with true two-way potential at the right level.

6/19/18
6-foot-3, 195-pound right hander with a projectable stature and extremely long limbs. Slower paced delivery that requires just more than moderate effort. Controls his body well on the mound for the the size moving in an efficient manner. Arm action is long and loose while working through a high ¾ slot. Fastball ranges from 81-84 mph, but at times seem like it gets on top of hitters much quicker than it may appear on the radar. Curveball is spun tight in a 12/6 shape at 68-72 mph. One of the better breaking balls we saw on the day that produced regular swing and miss. Also could easily have made this list as a bat as well. Legitimate two-way prospect at the right level.

5/29/18
A talented two-way guy with a very projectable, 6-foot-3 frame. A run producer bat at the plate that took a loud BP, showing the ability to leave the park to his pull side. Ball looked different off his bat. Defensively, he brings above average athleticism to the first base position sporting an above average skill set across the board. On the bump he sat 81-83 mph with one of the better breaking balls we saw on the day.
