Enmanuel Ramos: SS/2B, (2027) North Ridgeville, OH. 5-foot-7, 140-pound. (61.5 mph bat speed average). (18.3 mph hand speed average). Begins in a tall balanced stance with a rhythmic load, then uses a leg kick. Bat speed is developing, has a rotational swing plane and high finish. Through his round he found lots of barrels. Pull side up the middle approach. Showed his live arm in the infield with position velocities up to 89 mph. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.15.
7/26/23
Quick-twitch, functionally athletic prospect who has feel in all phases. Expect him to be one of the top glove tools for Ohio and offensively he barrelled the ball throughout his round. Combination of ball skills and high-end athleticism are very impressive.
6/27/23
One of the top prospects in attendance. Very well-rounded. Glove tools stands out right away - athletic defender with lateral mobility and smooth / advanced ball skills. Doesn't take a seasoned scout to see the middle of the infield potential here. Offensively, he's a top of the lineup bat with an overall efficient swing sequence and quality bat to ball skills. Speed over strength with the bat currently with a likely expectation of tools evening out as he fills out his athletic frame.
