Talented prospect with two-way potential. Super loose, whippy arm on the mound. Already has high velocity for class (79 mph) and projects for much more. The southpaw shows all the signs of a high velocity guy down the road. At the plate he starts in an athletic setup before using a double tap for timing. Balanced launch before showing a nice, level path through the zone. Whippy swing that plays to both sides of the field. Just like on the mound, expect more to come as he fills out athletic frame. An outfielder that moves well and looks comfortable out there. Just like on the mound arm projects for much more strength out there.

6-foot, 170-pound. Projectable arm with as loose/whippy of an arm as you’ll come across. Much more velocity to come down the road. Works downhill with all pitches. Throws from a high ¾ arm slot. curveball is a sharp out pitch that features 2/8 break with good depth. His changeup showed signs of being a well above average offering as well. Krouse is a high upside prospect in the 2022 class and will continue to raise his stock as he matures and continues to work on his secondary pitches. Also impressed with the hit tool from the left side. Swing shows intent without compromising control. Barrel gets going early and whips through the zone/contact with ease. Ball comes off well with signs of emerging pull side power. Corner type in the outfield with functional athleticism and solid ball skills. Just like on the bump arm profiles for more strength.
