Kyle Callahan: SS/OF, (2023) Brunswick, OH. 5-foot-9, 170-pound. During batting practice, Callahan had an exit velocity of 88 mph. Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, shows a short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid while in the infield, recorded position velocities up to 76 mph; has a natural exchange, consistent feet, and soft hands. Solid his best position velocity in the outfield was registered at 84 mph; had sure hands, consistent footwork, and a natural exchange. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Showed a high ¾ slot with a loose arm action. Ran a 3.97 30 yard dash.

Starts in a balanced tall stance with a controlled load, then uses a toe tap stride. Bat speed is quick, shows a rotational swing plane and good extension on his finish. In the infield, his best throw was registered at 80 mph. Solid from the outfield, his best throws to the bases were registered at 81 mph; has twitchy consistent hands, a clean exchange, and quick feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Had a loose long arm action and a high ¾ slot. Recorded a 60 time of 7.46 at the event. .
