Ball jumped off his barrel in batting practice, showing the ability to use both sides of the field. Recorded multiple extra base hits in game play. Top exit velocity was 86 mph. Behind the plate he showed off above average arm strength, reaching a top velocity of 73 mph to second base. Footwork is efficient with some quickness. Transfer skills are there.
