6-foot, 180-pound prospect. Ran a 4.49 from home to first. Measurables won’t jump off the chart at you but has produced every time we’ve seen him, whether in a showcase setting or during the high school season. Josh knows the zone very well and more often than not finds himself in hitter’s counts and takes advantage. His flat path and above average strength/batspeed allow him to get on plane early and find the barrel. Recorded three hits on the day including two extra base hits. Exit velocity was 81 mph with much more in the tank. A solid defender at third base with efficient footwork and solid glove skills. Has feel for the position. Threw across the infield with 78 mph arm strength.
