A top of the lineup type guy at the plate. Starts balanced with his knees bent. Keeps hands simple during leg kick load and stride. Loading sequence is rhythmic and fluid. Worked through a middle-away approach, consistently finding the barrel in batting practice. Defensively, he showed fluid actions in the outfield. Footwork is athletic and he plays through the baseball well. Showed feel for the position taking efficient routes to the baseball. Arm strength will be area of improvement.
