His curveball had a 1/7 shape to it with some sharpness and depth at 68-70 mph.

After his freshman year he transferred to Sinclair State CC (OH) before taking residence in Lubbock. Brustoski is physical bodied at 6-foot-2, 240-pounds and has premium velocity from the left side; sits 93-96 mph with his heater and will touch 97, 98. He will also flash an average slider at 84-86. He profiles as a backend bullpen arm at the pro level. Brustoski finished the 2020 season 1-1, 1.80 ERA, 10 IP, 5 H, 4 BB, 13 SO, .147 OPPAVG.
