8/7/16 A very athletic prospect, standing at 5-foot-11, 170-pounds. A toolsy position player that runs well and has a very strong arm. Topped out at 90 mph from the outfield and 87 mph from the infield. Has come a long way at the plate over the past year. Still would like to see more rhythm and fluidity but batspeed and strength is there. Ball jumps off his bat and he registered an exit velocity of 88 mph. On the mound uses a quick tempo on the mound with a leg lift to his chest. Shows a clean, quick arm and will see a velocity increase with better use of his lower half. Fastball sat 81-83 mph. Curveball had good 11/5 bite at 69-71 mph. A low risk high reward prospect, with a ton of upside.
6/21/16 5-foot-11, 170-pound. An athletic prospect with some tools to work with. An above average runner with his best tool being his arm strength. He threw with 90 mph arm strength from the outfield and 88 mph arm strength across the infield. An adequate defender in the infield but future most likely lies in the outfield. He has fluid footwork and plays through the ball nicely. Has solid feel for the position. At the plate he has some strength and batspeed through the zone while working on an uphill path. Should see quick increase in production once he learns to use his lower half more efficiently. Registered a top exit velocity of 85 mph.
2/20/16 Athletically built at 5-foot-11, 170-pounds. At the plate Isaac starts in a wide setup and uses a toe-turn to load his lower half before his short stride forward. Uses a bat tip to initiate his upper half before getting the bat through the zone with some strength and speed. Reached a top exit velocity of 83 mph. In the infield he has athleticism to his actions and showed impressive arm strength by reaching a top positional velocity of 86 mph. Would like to see him play lower and field the ball more out in front of his body. Behind the plate he uses athletic footwork and creates good direction to second base. Pop times ranged from 2.09-2.22, and he threw with 78 mph arm strength to second base. Ran a 4.09 from home to first.
