Body Type: 6-foot, 160-pound thin frame. Swing Mechanics: Smooth and simple load into lower half. Hit: Produces backspin to the middle of the field. Power: Level bat path with gap to gap potential as he develops more. Offensive Projection: TBD Field: Good athlete with quick feet in the outfield. Ball skills are there for all three. Throw: Loose arm with obvious jump out of the hand. Defensive Projection: All three skill spots.

A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stane. Simple hands during leg kick timing trigger. Nice, compact stroke on a level to slightly downhill path. Twitchy hands through the zone with some strength. Line drive type guy with more of a top of the lineup skill set. Will use the whole field with a bit more authority to pull side at this stage. Plays fast in the outfield, showing signs of centerfielder to him. Very clean through with a big arm. Accuracy was inconsistent but strength is obvious. On the mound the righty right handed arm uses a fast delivery that requires some more than moderate effort. Drop and drive style mechanics while finishing directionally in line with home plate. Arm works through high ¾ slot while creating extension on the backside. Shows athleticism on the bump with a quick arm. Fastball works with occasional cut at 80-83 mph. Curveball has 11/5 shape with gradual break while creating good depth at 68-71 mph. Mixed in a changeup that maintains fastball arm speed with some downward action at 76-78 mph.

6-foot, 160-pound. Right-handed pitcher with a thin frame. Explosive delivery that requires some effort moving down the mound. Uses a short arm action through a high-¾ slot. Offered two pitches on this day. Fastball sat 79-82 MPH working on a downhill plane. Paired the fastball with a sharp 11/5 breaking ball at 72-73 MPH. Really good athlete with an impressive combination of both strength and twitch. Swing is compact with a nice path. Ball jumps off the bat, generating present gap pop with the ability to use either gap. Stood out in the outfield. Athleticism really shows out there, playing fast without compromising ball security. Arm is a big tool, projecting for even more strength as he matures physically.
Another name to look out for on a loaded Cincy flames team. A twitchy athlete whose burst shows up on both sides of the ball. Defensive he displays center fielder athleticism with an 89 mph arm that plays at all three spots. At the plate he is more physical than frame would suggest with very quick hands through the zone. Can spray it to both sides of the field with much more pop to come with physical maturity.

5-foot-10, 155-pound athletic build. His arm from the outfield was one of the more impressive tools we saw all day. Throws were consistently on target with 81 mph arm strength. Also got to the ball quickly with athletic footwork. At the plate he has a quick bat through the zone with a level path. Barrelled up the ball consistently in batting practice. Could get more out of his lower half. Reached a top exit velocity of 73 mph and ran a 7.14 60-yard dash. On the mound he has good tempo to a delivery he is able to repeat. Offers a three pitch mix with his fastball sitting 71-74 mph. His breaking ball was sharp with some depth at 64-65 mph. Also mixed in a changeup near fastball armspeed.

5-foot-9, 150-pound build. On the mound he shows good direction to the plate. Throws with a long back arm action into a high ¾ slot. Delivery requires some effort. Fastball sat 73-76 mph. Curveball sat 60-63 mph with gradual break. Changeup sat 70-72 mph. At the plate Ian has advanced batspeed and strength for his age. A fast twitch athlete that wasn’t bothered by velocity in game play. His bat tip load gives him excellent whip through the zone. Registered an exit velocity of 77 mph off the tee. In the outfield he showed off fluid, athletic actions with above average arm strength. Would like to see him learn to play one handed to field through the ball more efficiently. Ran a 4.57 from home to first.
