Started in a balanced quiet stance with a compact load, then used a quick stride. Bat speed is efficient, shows a simple upward swing plane and high finish. While catching, his best throw downs of the day reached a max velocity of 74 mph; has sure hands, a natural transfer, and consistent feet. he produced a pop time of 2.01-2.16. Quiet setup with some flexibility. Had a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. On the mound, used a compact arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing consistent arm speed. Drop-and-drive type pitcher and uses some effort. Has slight running action. (Max spin 1977; Avg 1923). Has gradual action on his 11/5 curveball. (Max spin 1529; Avg 1529).
