Evan Conatser: 2B/SS, (2022) Western Brown, OH. 5-foot-10, 155-pound. During batting practice, the left-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. (62.4 mph bat speed average). (19.2 mph hand speed average). Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed is quick, exhibits an upward swing plane and good extension on his finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was registered at 78 mph; has a clean exchange, soft sure hands, and consistent feet. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Had a quick arm action and a high ¾ slot. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.2.

5-foot-10, 155-pound athletic frame. Capable at the plate, Conatser clocked an exit velocity of 80 mph. Starts in a balanced athletic stance with a quick compact load, then uses a toe tap. Had some bat speed and a level swing plane. Line drive approach. Solid in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 73 mph; showed a natural exchange, sure hands, and athletic consistent feet. Fielded the ball out front with athletic movement laterally. Clocked a time of 7.39 in the 60-yard dash.

Hit: Left-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. Uses a double tap timing trigger that leads to a balanced launch. Quick hands through the xone with above average rotational acceleration capabilities. Compact stroke that works inside the baseball well. Top of lineup type bat.
Power: Sprayed it all over the field. Line drive pop.
Offensive Projection: Top of lineup.
Field: Classic second baseman skill set. Quick feet with soft hand and dependable ball skills.
Throw: Clean arm with serviceable strength.

Hit: Starts from an open and narrow stance. Has a simple load which creates simple timing. Catches the ball out front with a level path through the zone creating line drives through the back of the cage. 
Power: Line drive pop.
Top BP Exit Velocity: 83 mph.
Top BP Distance: 262 ft.
Offensive Projection: Top of the lineup.
Field: Plays low to the ground, and comes in well on the ball.
Throw: 74 mph across the diamond.
Defensive Projection: Corner.

1/20/20 Position Player
Hit: Smooth mover in the box. Simple yet efficient movements to loading sequence. Sprayed it around the yard, showing feel for contact.
Power: Line drive pop.
Offensive Projection: Top of the lineup.
