Scouting Notes: Two-way prospect. Athletic, smoother mover on the mound. Arm works well through a high-3/4 slot with sweeping arm action. Ton of feel on the mound, pounding the zone with his fastball/breaking ball combo. Fastball is relatively true through the zone and breaking ball has big, slurvish action.

Hit: A upright balanced stance with a small leg kick for timing. Bath is level through the zone showing the ability to consistently hit line drives.

Field: Shows good anticipation and range in the field, not flat-footed. Does a good job of getting around the baseball and making sure his

2/23/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: Shows fluid mechanics on the mound, keeps the front side closed not allowing any stress to be put on the arm. Once he starts to mature and use his legs more he should gain some velocity.
Fastball: Topped at 78 with mid ¾ arm slot with arm side run.
Fastball Spin Rates: 1600-1800.
Curveball: Between 61-63 with 11/5 break. Ball pops out of hand with big gradual action.
Curveball Spin Rates: 1000-1200.
Changeup: 60-62 is developing but has the potential to get be a good pitch.
5-foot-8, 120-pound SS / RHP. At the plate, has a tall stance, starts slightly loaded with a flat bat, wraps bat around head. Straight to the ball swing path; 73 mph exit velocity. Above average footwork in the field; has fluid hands and nice glove work; 69 mph position velocity. Currently lacks strength but shows solid movements. On the mound, has slow rhythm, long arm action and over the top arm action. CB pops out of hand; 58-59 mph. Sometimes leaves pitches up; pitches were best when he stays closed and on top of the ball through motion. 69-72 mph FB; 60-62 mph CH; 58-60 mph KN. Recorded a 60 time of 7.59.
