12/2/18 At the plate Khandaker shows some athleticism to his swing. There are minimal moving parts during his load which is mostly just a weight shift into his back leg. He showed a pretty flat bat path but showed a consistent ability to find the barrel with his swing. Swing would improve with added strength and body control as he develops. In the infield he gets to and through the ball in a timely fashion. Feet are mechanically sound throughout sequence. Arm strength is developing. On the mound Khandaker shows off an athletic build. In his delivery he throws from a ¾ arm slot and would benefit from getting into his back side more. His fastball was pretty true through the zone. His breaking ball flashed plus potential and was 65-67 mph. He also threw a changeup with minimal action to it. 60-yard Dash: 7.21 Infield Velocity: 73 Exit Velocity: 84
8/12/18 A righty swinger that starts in a tall, open setup. Uses a controlled stride for timing as hands stay simple prior to launch. Strong kid with barrel authority. Hand speed is above average as well. Sprayed line drives to both gaps in BP showing the ability to find the gap. Second baseman type in the infield. Feet are quick and he does a nice job playing low through fielding. Hands are soft and glove is reliable. Two-way prospect. Athletic actions on the bump with a repeatable delivery. Tall and fall type that lands on line at foot strike. Arm works through a near over the top slot. Fastball works downhill at 74-76 mph. Complements the fastball with an 11/5 shaped breaking ball that has gradual action at 63-64 mph. Infield Velocity: 79 Exit Velocity: 84 H-1st: 4.53
