On the bump the right-hander has a slower paced tempo to his lower effort delivery. Uses a chest high leg lift prior to getting into his hip load. Lower half is efficient and creates solid direction. Shows long back, whippy arm action through a high-¾ slot. Filled up the zone with his 72-75 mph fastball that will run regularly. Projects for more velocity as he matures physically. Loses a bit of arm speed on his breaking ball that shows gradual action on an 11/5 plane. The pitches crosses through the zone at 59-61 mph. Changeup may have been his best offering on this day. The offering has a fastball look out of the hand before showing heavy fade at 66-67 mph. Two-way prospect. At the plate the righty starts in a wider stance. Barrel starts and launches from a vertical setup. Goes with a double tap for timing/energy with lower half. Swing is level with noticeable whip through the zone. Natural tools are developing. A contact guy presently who showed the ability to use the entire field. In the outfield he shows smooth actions with above average ball skills. Arm was accurate for the most part. Arm strength will be area for improvement. In the infield he uses direct footwork, cutting down distance off the bat. Fields out in front with majority of his weight on heels. Ball skill are adequate. Profiles at second base presently.
