A strongly built prospect at 6-foot, 195-pounds. Ran a 5.07 from home to first. Behind the plate he did a nice job of getting himself in line to second base prior to his throws. Footwork has some quickness to it and is efficient. Transfer skills are adequate. Threw to second base with 76 mph arm strength, and registered pop times of 2.03-2.1. At the plate he starts in a tall, open setup prior to his double tap load and controlled stride. Hands stay simple before getting the barrel through the zone on a downhill path. Has some bat speed and showed definite strength through contact. Consistently found the barrel in BP and reached a top exit velocity of 82 mph.

6/10/2014 5-foot-11, 170 pound athlete build prospect. Sets up well behind the plate. Receives with a narrow base, sways well to balls. Reaction to balls in the dirt needs improvement. Narrow stance at the plate. Gets great extension through the baseball allowing himself to hit to all fields.
