Body Type: 5-foot-10, 165-pound athletic frame. Hit: Movements work well, creating stretch/separation at foot strike. Path plays and there is definitely some burst in there. Lifted the ball naturally in BP to the big part of the field. Solid round. Power: Line drive guy with gap abilities. 86.5 off the bat in BP. Offensive Projection: Multiple Roles. Field: Athletic presence behind the dish with quick actions. Smoother transfer with an easy release. Lateral mobility back there allows him to block side to side with ease. Throw: Has solid strength with a short, compact arm action. Defensive Projection: C.

Swing Mechanics: Balanced stance. Uses a knee pinch to get lower half initiated while using a small back load to hands. Hit: Balanced swing with slight downhill tendencies. Comparable strength/speed combination to hands. Athletic stroke in general with feel for the barrel. Power: 85 mph exit velocity. Line drive with occasional gap abilities. Offensive Projection: Table setter that is a ball mover. Run: 7.35 60-yard dash. Field: 1.94-2.04 pop times. Stood out behind the dish all day. Athletic kid that checks all the boxes. Very impressed with him defensively. Throw: 75 mph arm strength from the crouch. Defensive Projection: C. Additional Comments: Hard nosed kid with a well-rounded skill set. It was only an indoor workout but you got an idea of his high motor and intangibles to add on to the fact he can really play.

Betson stood out behind the dish. A well above average athlete for the position that can receive at an above average capacity and shows well above average catch/throw abilities. At the plate he a slightly downhill, compact stroke from the right side. Hands have some quickness through the zone for more strength than frame would suggest. Ball comes off well, displaying regular line drive abilities. More juice to come as he fills out frame.
A right-handed hitter at the plate. Starts in a balanced setup, using a short stride for timing. Swing is compact, showing above average bat speed through the zone. Hands display some twitch/strength at contact. A line drive type guy with enough juice to find the gaps. Was at his best when he stayed inside the baseball, using the middle of the field and creating natural backspin. Advanced catch and throw abilities behind the dish for class. Explodes out of his stance, gaining ground to second base with very quick footwork. Exchange is clean and arm action fits the spot. A very good athlete back there that has a high ceiling defensively.
A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Moves bat to shoulder during his short stride. Loading sequence is rhythmic and efficient. Path is slightly downhill with above average bat speed. A line drive top guy that worked through a middle-away approach. Behind the plate he starts in a mid crouch. Gets out of his crouch well and does a nice job of gaining ground with his feet. Transfer is smooth with developing quickness. Arm is adequate and throws were accurate.

5-foot-10, 145-pound prospect. On the mound, the young 2020 pitcher throws through a ¾ slot. Delivery offers clean mechanics with good tempo while his fastball reached 74-77 mph. His 67-68 mph breaking ball displays some late sharpness falling in and out of the zone. Also mixes in a 70-71 mph fastball thrown with near fastball arm speed. Right-handed hitter that starts in a wide stance resting his bat on his shoulder. Uses a small leg kick into a small stride. Hands raise in his load creating some length and a downward path to contact. Uses a two-handed finish. Top exit velocity of 76 mph off the tee. Brings above average athleticism to the first base position. Glove skills are above average and he moves well off the bag. Showed the ability to make plays on the move.
