Started in an open athletic stance with a controlled load, then used a controlled stride. Has raw bat speed and upward swing plane. Capable while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 81 mph; has a developing exchange, consistent developing feet, and sure hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were average. On the mound, showed a ¾ arm angle and a quick arm action with good arm speed. Feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Produced a fastball that came in at 80-83 mph; showed running action and arm side command. Showed a 11/5 curveball (71-72) with plus action. His changeup (72-73) shows arm side control and fading action. Shows plus action on his 11/5 slider (70-71).
