Body Type: 6-foot-1, 180-pound long limbed/uber athletic frame. Swing Mechanics: Upright, athletic stance. Load is fluid and leads to a balanced launch. Hit: Loose, whippy swing with a ton of feel for the barrel. Looks the part. Top BP of the day. Can use all fields with backspin. Hand speed is on the verge of elite for class. Power: 91 mph exit velocity. Obvious twitch to swing. Ball comes off very well. Regular gap threat that will show occasional power. Offensive Projection: With his speed/burst he can fit just about anywhere. Could see him at the top or in a run producer role. Run: 4.07 H-1st. Low effort runner with long, easy strides. Potential for high end speed, 6.5-6.6 type. Field: Ball skills aren’t as strong as the rest of his game but more than adequate for LF and if he refines he has the athleticism for CF. Throw: 83 mph from OF. Loose/clean arm. Should see more velocity gains. Defensive Projection: LF/CF Overall: D1 prospect. Athleticism, foot speed, and hit tools are standout tools for class.

The more I see Brown the more I am starting to like him. A bit raw in the outfield but athletic enough to refine skill set. Top tool is the bat. A feel hitter that can create early plane and barrel acceleration. Bat whips through the zone, displaying both strength and speed to hands. A line drive type hitter with easy gap pop. Also impressed with knowledge of the strike zone and ability to see spin.
6-foot, 170 pound athletic prospect swings a nice bat with fast hands aided by good torque as he gets into a strong load. Brown swings a smooth, level bat that exerted great contact throughout his round. His solid lower-half is used well and gives him power through his attack at 82 mph. In the outfield, Brown had quick feet and move flawlessly throughout his round fielding each ball very well. He gets behind the ball and attacks it with great momentum thus showing his strong arm at 74 mph with good accuracy hitting the catcher on a line each time. Brown has great tools with plenty of upside.

A good athlete with a fluid swing. The righty flows through load incorporating a bat tip during his lower half movements. Launches from a balanced position and generates impressive whip through the zone. Sprayed line drives to both fields. Projects for much more pop with maturity. Present pop is much louder than exit velocity would suggest. Looks functionally athletic in the outfield. Footwork is clean and he plays through the ball nicely on his glove foot side. Transitions smoothly through fielding into throws. Impressive prospect to keep an eye on.
