Hit: Definitely something here. 6-foot-4 lefty with a smooth stroke that generates easy juice. Has a potential to be dynamic as he fills out. Upside bat.
Power: Potential for at least occasional power.
Offensive Projection: Run producer.
Max BP Exit Velocity: 83mph.
Max BP Distance: 305ft.
Field: Clean, athletic actions in the infield. Does a nice job of timing feet up for consistent rhythm. Obvious athleticism with the ability to make plays on the move. At the end of the day you’re looking at a 6-foot-4 athlete with ball skills and feel for his movements. Liked what I saw.
Throw: Clean arm with more to come.
Defensive Projection: Left side of infield.
Scouting Notes: Another arm from Team Central with upside. A 6-foot-4 prospect with almost 7ft of extension and lower spin rates on the fastball make it a tough pitch to barrell. Just a matter of time before velo spike here. Limited viewing on breaking ball but appears to be a nice wrinkle offering. High follow.
