At the plate he starts in an athletic position with hands next to his ear. Uses a simple back load during his leg kick timing trigger. Load creates timing and a balanced launch position. Path is level and swing is compact. Does a nice job of creating early barrel acceleration. Present line drive swing that projects for gap abilities as he matures physically. In the infield his footwork is smooth and under control in his approach. Fields with weight on heels in the middle of his body. Hands are soft and glove is reliable. Showed average to above average arm strength across the diamond.
