Body Type: 5-foot-9, 165-pound athletic frame. Swing Mechanics: Balanced and simple load into lower half. Hit: Uphill bat path with some bat speed. All fields hitter. Swing really showed up in game/multiple hits in game. Power: Flashed it. More to come as he develops. Offensive Projection: TBD. Field: Aggressive defender that gets too and thorugh the baseball in a timely fashion. Ball skills are adequate. Throw: Loose arm that should add easy velocity to his already above average strength. 2/17/19
Body Type: 5-foot-9 155-pound prospect. Swing Mechanics: Starts in a wide, balanced stance and uses a toe tap load.Shows a slight cast of the barrel around the zone. HIt: Decent bat to ball ability. Power: 81 mph exit velocity. Offensive Projection: Should be a guy who eventually develops the ability to be a gap to gap threat. Field: In the outfield he plays through the ball well with good footwork and an average release. Shows a quick arm. Throw: 79 mph from the outfield. Run: 4.59 home to first. Defensive Projection: Looks like a guy who potentially could move around and play all three OF spots effectively in high school. How his speed and arm strength develop will determine where he fits best at the next level.
Body Type: 5-foot-9 155-pound prospect. Swing Mechanics: Uses a leg kick to initiate his load. Has a slight cast of his barrel with a flat bat path. Remains balanced throughout his swing. HIt: Shows strong hands and good barrel control. Power: 81 mph exit velocity. Offensive Projection: Swing lends itself to have a line drive approach. How he develops more strength will dictate how his raw power will translate to him potentially becoming a gap to gap threat. Field: In the outfield he attacks the ball and plays through it well. Shows decent footwork and a slow release. Throw: 79 mph from the outfield. Run: 4.59 home to first. Defensive Projection: Physical tools would make him more than likely a corner OF type at the next level.
5/29/18
A lefty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Uses a small leg lift for timing while taking hands back prior to launch. Shows a compact, level with through the zone. Hands are quick and strength looks to be on its way. Top of the lineup skill set that generates natural backspin to the middle of the field. In the outfield he looks to be a center/left field type with more arm than frame would suggest. Ball comes out well, and he has the ability to put the ball on the bag regularly. On the mound he works with a slower paced tempo to his low effort delivery. Uses a chest high leg lift prior to his tall and fall delivery. Good athlete on the hill. Fastball comes through an over the top slot, sitting 71-74 mph. Also has a downer breaking ball that was 64-68 mph.

1/21/18
In the outfield he gets to and through the baseball quickly. Balls skills look to be well above average for class, fielding through the baseball cleanly. Transitions well into throws. A left-handed hitter that starts in an athletic setup. Goes with short stride for timing while keeping hands simple prior to launch. Barrel shows noticeable whip through the zone on a level path. Much more pop than frame would suggest. Produced regular backspin to his opposite field gap. On the mound- A left-hander with a thin frame. Slow tempo with a compact delivery. Stride direction is in-line. Arm action is long through a over-the-top slot. At 71-73 mph the fastball was mostly straight. Changeup is thrown with good arm speed, sitting 66-67 mph the pitch has some late cut. Best secondary offering was a 1/7 breaking ball, the pitch has good spin and occasional sharpness to it at 61-63 mph.
A young southpaw to keep an eye on as he matures physically. Works with an uptempo delivery, rolling through his waist-high leg lift into his load. Arm has some looseness to it while working through an a near high-¾ slot, generating developing arm speed. Offers a three pitch mix led by his 72-75 mph fastball that had some late, arm side life to it. The more developed of the two secondary offerings was the breaking ball. The 1/7 shaped spinner had big action with some sharpness to it. Also showed a playable changeup. Expect both offerings to continue to sharpen up as velocity increases.
