Braeden Goulet: LHP/OF, (2022) Wapakoneta, OH. 6-foot-1, 180-pound. Athletic on the mound, showed good arm speed and a compact arm action. Slow-tempo type pitcher who shows easy effort. Displays in line shoulders and a tall balance point. Lands square with a clean finish. Curveball (70-73 mph). Produced a fastball that came in at 82-84 mph.

Body Type: 5-foot-11, 150 pounds. Taller frame with room to fill in.
Swing Mechanics: Has an upright narrow stance that gets wider after stride. Showed some quick hands as he swung with an uphill bat path.
Hit: Show ability to lift the ball with better contact seen more through the middle.
Power: Exhibited his power with an 80 mph exit velocity.
Offensive Projection: TBD for now.
Run: 7.57 seconds 60-yard.
Field: Presented his glovework well overall as he fields it form the outfield. Footwork showed signs of life with quickness and still progressing.
Throw: Has arm strength with 77 mph from the outfield.
Defensive Projection: Outfield.

Body Type: 5-foot-11, 150-pound athletic frame.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Uptempo delivery that is relatively low effort. High-¾ left-hander with a loose arm that projects for more strength.
Fastball: 76-77 mph. Comes out well. Definitely a candidate for a velo jump down the road.
Curveball: 65-67 mph. Well above average offering for class. Pitch offers both depth and sharp action as it works on an 1/7 plane.
Changeup: 69-70 mph. Tosses the pitch with feel and fastball arm speed. Good pitch.
Pitchability: Filled up the zone with all three during his outing.
Additional Comments: Definite follow in the ‘22 class. Fluid lefty with pitchability and much more velocity come.
