The small, athletic built southpaw has short arm action and a slow delivery. He gets the most out of his lower half with good drive down the mound. His fastball showed signs of late arm side run at 68-73 mph. His cutter had good left to right movement at 68-70 mph. He also throws a curveball with 1/7 tilt at 62-63 mph. Stutz would benefit from maturing a bit more and as a result will see improvements on the mound.
