Hit: Right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced stance. FLuid, athletic mover in the box. Physicality stands out the second he pulls the trigger. Doesn't get cheated up there eaither. Ball jumps and he can finds the barrel often. Very solid round.
Power: Easy gap pop.
Offensive Projection: Middle.
Max BP Exit Velocity: 95 mph
Max BP Distance: 331 ft
Field: Corner skill set in the infield. Worked out at third base where he showed well timed feet and solid ball skills.
Throw: Clean arm with jump out of the hand.
Defensive Projection: 3B.

6/16/20 Position Player
Hit:Right-handed hitter that starts in a tall setup. Fluid, easy load that leads into a balanced launch. Athletic stroke with obvious intent to stroke. Although he doesn't get cheated he finds the barrel consistently. Impressive round with all fields ball flight.
Power:Big time juice, strength and speed are advanced for class.
Max BP Exit:95 mph
Max BP Distance: 354 ft
Offensive Projection:Run Producer.
Field:Good feel for the third base position. Feet work well and ball skills are above average for class. Solid defender.
Throw:Clean arm with above average strength.
Defensive Projection:Corner guy.

2/23/20 Position Player
Hit: A power bat at the place in an upright stance. Allows his hands and lower half to work together to do damage. Catches the ball on a slight up through the zone creating backspin through the back of the cage.
Power: Present power.
Top BP Exit Velocity: 95mph
Top BP Distance: 290 ft.
Offensive Projection: Run producer.
Field: A good first step anticipating contact, seems to glide to the ball glove side. Possesses good footwork on the backhand and the ball coming in as well.
Throw: 82 across the infield.
Defensive Projection: Corner.

2/23/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: A smooth delivery working down the mound and throwing over the top. The lower half works well but has the ability to increase velocity once he drives off that back leg more.
Fastball: Topping at 79 with a high ¾ arm slot. 
Fastball Spin Rates: 1500-1700.
Curveball: Between 64-67 with sharp shape.
Curveball Spin Rates: 1600-1800.
Changeup: 66-68 is able to maintain arm speed with fading action to pitch.

1/25/20 Position Player
Hit: Very physical bat from the right side. Handsy hitter that flows with lower half and generates a ton of whip up top. Has some room to clean things up but the raw power is intriguing.
Power: Ball jumps. Legit power potential as he adds loft.
Offensive Projection: Run Producer.
Top Rapsodo BP Exit Velocity: 90.1.
Top Rapsodo BP Distance: 305.
Field: Solid defender over at third base. Moves well and has feel for the spot. Above average defender across the board. Also worked out in the outfield. Corner skill set. Looks like third base is his primary but he doesn't look out of place out there and could be serviceable in RF.
Throw: Clean with solid strength. 
Defensive Projection: Corner Guy.

Body Type:  5-foot-11, 205-pound frame. Running back type build with his lower half.
Mechanical/Delivery Notes:  Shows effort and intent in his delivery. From the windup, he creates tempo with small rocker step to outside of his body. Centers weight leg kick and inward turn. Drives down mound with his lower half. Throws from high 3/4 slot with long arm action.
Fastball:  Up to 79 mph with effort. Mostly straight.
Curveball:  Good arm speed on 64-66 mph breaking ball. Located for strikes down in the zone. Showed confidence in the pitch. 
Changeup:  Still developing feel and command. 64-65 mph and in and out of the zone. 
Summary: Interesting follow. Velo should jump into low 80s this summer. Reliever type at the next level with current skill set. Can pitch off FB/CB combo. 

Swing Mechanics: Starts in a fairly basic setup and has an on plane bat path. Ball seemed to jump.
Hit: Shows strong hands and wrists with good barrel control.
Power: 91 mph exit velocity. 
Offensive Projection: Presently would profile as a gap to gap threat. With added strength and raw power could develop into more of a power threat.
Field: In the outfield he shows minimal footwork and doesn’t play through the ball. At 3B he showed pretty good angles and footwork through the ball. Decent hands.
Throw: 74 mph from the outfield. 69 mph across the diamond.
Run: 4.65 home to first.
Defensive Projection: Solid fundamental skill in the infield but raw arm strength would be a concern. How he develops physically and adds strength will dictate where he plays in the field at the next level. 

5-foot-10 and 190-pound right-handed pitching prospect. Fultz has a slower tempo to a tall and fall type delivery that requires regular effort. Good direction and in-line at foot contact. Fastball works out of a ¾ slot with slight arm side run sitting 73-76 MPH. Best secondary offering is the changeup, the pitch has consistent fade and 65-69 MPH. Breaking ball is still developing, the pitch has 11/5 shape and gradual break at 62-63 MPH. A righty swinger with impressive pop for class. Gets things going with a leg lift load, maintain barrel fluidity as hands move back to launch. Posseses both strength and speed to hands with strength grading as the louder tool presently. Ball jumps off the bat with louder contact to his pull side at this stage. Showed feel for the barrel with the ability to square the baseball up frequently. Look for him to become a power threat as he matures and adds loft to swing.
