Body Type: 6-foot-4, 195-pound uber projectable frame. Mechanical/Delivery Notes: All signs point to a velo jump for Brown. Frame has a ton of room to add strength, arm is loose/fast, and he’s on time. High follow. Fastball: 79-81 mph. 1900-2100 spin rate guy with mid 80s spin efficiency. Curveball: 67-70 mph. Well above average pitch when in the zone. 1/7 shaped with big shape and late nite. Pitchability: Filled it up with the fastball, breaking ball was in/out.

Body Type: 6-foot-4, 190 pound thin, projectable frame. Mechanical/Delivery Notes: Throws from a high ¾ arm slot with a loose arm action. Athletic lower half and throws with good intent. Fastball: 77-80 mph. Showed life through the zone. Stay mostly straight with occasional arm side run. Slider: 69-72 mph. Tight spin with 11-5 shape. Showed swing and miss potential at times. Changeup: 68-69 mph. Stayed mostly straight. Still developing. Pitchability: Fastball showed good life and pounded the zone. Secondary pitches are continuing to develop. Additional Comments: High follow in the ‘20 class. Much more velocity left in the tank with added strength. Add velo and developed secondary offerings could make him a highly sought after LHP prospect in the ‘20 class.
