Anthony Starr: 3B/RHP, (2023) Brooklyn, OH. 5-foot-10, 180-pound. At the plate, the right-handed hitter's best exit velocity was 84 mph. Begins in an athletic quiet stance with a controlled load, then uses a small leg kick. Bat speed was efficient, used a short simple swing plane and high finish. Solid in the infield, his best throw was recorded at 69 mph; had a natural exchange, consistent footwork, and sure hands. Movements laterally were athletic and he fields the ball out front. Had a high ¾ slot with a quick arm action. On the mound, showed a clean arm action and a high ¾ arm angle with consistent arm speed Feel type pitcher and uses easy effort. Threw his fastball 74-78 mph. (Max spin 1961; Avg 1881). Threw a 11/5 curveball (68-71) with slurvey action. (Max spin 1900; Avg 1837). His changeup (75-76) has slight fading action. Ran a 4.30 30 yard dash.
2/2/20 Position Player
Hit:Righty swinger with a simple, fluid loading sequence. Mostly balanced launch with a downhill path through the zone. Natural tools are developing and he offers a similar combination of strength and speed to hands. Aggressive swinger that worked to the opposite side of the field for the most part in BP. Low line drive ball flight.
Power: Line drive pop.
Offensive Projection: TBD.
Field: An outfielder that plays low and under control throughout. Ball skills appear to be on par for class. Also worked out in the infield. Rangy defender with solid ball skills. Still has some room to grow but looked sure-handed.
Throw: Compact arm action with an easy release and developing strength.

Delivery Notes: Lenky build while throwing out of the stretch at a high ¾ slot.
Fastball: Comes in straight with no run but effective with command at 74mph.

Curveball: Loose loopy curveball that needs development at 63-66mph.
Curveball Spin Rate: 1748-1872
Changeup: Better offering of the two, throws similar to fast ball with glove side run sitting at 74mph
