7/11/18
Big, lanky righty with some projectablility. Simple delivery that should be easily repeatable that has regular effort. Land leg is square to home and directionally sound. Fastball stays true through the zone at 74-77 mph. Curveball has 11/5 shape with some late depth at 62-65 mph. Mixed in a changeup at 68-69 mph. Knuckleball shows some dancing action at 63-64 mph. Really likes this pitch a lot that could give some hitters problems and looks to be one that will be thrown at any point in the count. In the outfield attacks the baseball with confidence. Plays through the ball with average ball skills out in front. Quick transfers into throws from a near over the top slot. A righty swinger that starts in a balanced setup. Athletic, fluid load. Path is downhill with noticeable strength and speed to hands. Level stroke that generates eadsy gap pop. Sprayed it all over the yard with authority at times. Definite bat to follow.
60-yard dash: 7.43
Outfield Velocity: 77
Exit Velocity: 85

A physical look to him at the plate with a very projectable, athletic frame. Goes with a leg kick/bat tip combination to loading sequence. Levers are long allowing him to do damage when he gets extend. Generates well above average strength and bat speed through the zone. Ball comes off well when squared up with BP playing louder than exit velocity would indicate. The outfielder showed a nice glove defensively while staying low, and through the ball as he fields it. Footwork was average and developing in getting around it more efficiently. Gets rid of the ball quickly at release and showed average arm strength with a 78 mph throwing velocity to home.

Outfield Velocity: 78
Exit Velocity: 79
