5/30/18 The type of prospect college coaches are going to like the more times they see him. Doesn’t have an outstanding tool but does everything at an above average clip on the field. Can really run and speed shows up in game, especially on the base paths. A lefty stick that fits perfectly in a lead off role and an ideal skill set for second base. Definite college prospect that is going to be a reliable player on both sides of the baseball. Home to 1st: 4.25 Infield Velocity: 76 Exit Velocity 81
2/11/18 A lead off candidate from the left side. Load is simple, allowing him to create consistent timing. Swing is compact with some twitch in there. Produced natural ball flight to middle/opposite field with a tendency to get around to pull side. With his speed and feel for the barrel he plays nicely at the top of a lineup. In the infield he displayed smooth feet and soft hands. A sure-handed defender with above average ball skills. Most likely destination is second base at the next level. 60-yard dash: 6.9 Infield Velocity: 72 Exit Velocity: 90

5-foot-8, 145 athletic prospect displayed excellent hands in the infield coming through the ball well and fielding it clean. DiTomas has a quick transfer getting rid of the ball quickly and accurately with a throwing velocity of 74 mph across the diamond. Very mobile with athletic footwork that made actions flow well. Offensively he swings an uphill path barreling up a few baseball sending them to the back of the cage on a line. His hips fired well but there is more potential to get from them by getting the back leg more involved. He recorded an 80 mph exit velocity which was good for his size. Give great effort for every action he performs which should set him up for success moving onto the next level.
1/20/18
Ran the fastest 60-yard dash of the day at 6.72. Aside from his speed, DiTomas also stood out with his abilities with the glove. A second baseman type that reacts well off the bat with a very quick first step. Hands are soft with the ball skills to remain up the middle at this stage. At the plate he is a line drive type guy who a quick bat and compact swing. Look for him to find more pop as physical maturation takes its course.
A lefty swinger that starts in a tall setup. Uses a knee pinch to get lower half started. Hands move back at release to a strong attack position. Path is level with some whip to his barrel. A top of the lineup guy who consistently finds the barrel. Did a nice job of staying inside the ball and working the middle of the field. Bat speed is developing. In the infield he does a nice job of playing low to and through the baseball. Fields the ball nicely out in front of his body and displayed well above average glove skills. Profiles at second base at this next level. Solid defender.
