5-foot-11, 165-pound Athletic right-handed pitcher. Works at a quick tempo with regular effort. Strong lower half, creates tilt during the stride. Fastball comes out of a ¾ slot working downhill with some run at 78-81 MPH. Shows good feel for the breaking ball, the pitch has slurvy 11/5 action at 65-68 MPH. Whestell looks the part in the infield. A good athlete that can create angles and play through the ball with rhythm. Middle type skill set with the arm for the left side. At the plate he maintains balance throughout swing sequence, showing a compact stroke through the zone. More present speed than strength to swing. A line drive guy that can spray it to either gap.

A 5-foot-11, 165-pound prospect. At the plate he hits from the right-side, starting in a balanced setup. Easy hand back load during his leg kick timing mechanism. Barrel maintains momentum into launch. Path is level with some whip. Bat speed and strength are above average tools. A line drive who can use all fields, with enough strength to drive the gap. Also impressed on the mound. The right-hander bring an athletic presence to the bump. Arm works very well through a high-¾ slot. Lower half is efficient and creates energy. Athleticism and physical signs point to velocity continuing to increase with physical maturity. Fastball gets out of his hand well, showing occasional run. Pitch has some giddy up, getting on hitters quickly. His go to secondary offering was his breaking ball. Throws the offering firm, giving it depth as it has a slider look across the plate. Has the look of an out pitch.

A right-handed hitter that starts in a balanced setup. Loading sequence is fluid and creates energy. Hands are loose prior to launch. Bat works on a level path with noticeable whip through contact. Natural tools are above average for class. Present gap to gap pop. Looks the part in the infield. Actions are athletic and he plays with obvious confidence. Glove skills are impressive. Moves laterally with ease and has some bounce to his first step.
