6/17/20 Pitching
Scouting Notes:Very projectable/physical frame at 6-foot-5. Arm works very well and he should see easy increases in velocity as he matures physically. With his length the fastball got on hitters quicker than velocity would suggest. Inconsistent command at times but when he was in the zone the pitch wasn't barrelled often. Limited viewing on secondary offerings but looked playable.

6/17/20 Position Player
Hit:Physical presence in the box from the right side. Smooth load that leads to a mostly balanced launch. Aggressive swing with rotational tendencies. All fields flight with most natural spin travelling to the middle of the field.
Power:Strength over speed guy but bat speed is more than serviceable. Showed gap abilities.
Max BP Exit:86 mph
Max BP Distance: 303 ft
Offensive Projection:Middle ceiling.
Field:Ideal frame for the first base position. Moves off the bag well. Ball skills are solid.
Throw:More than enough strength for the 1B position.
Defensive Projection:1B.

1/25/20 Position Player
Hit: Physical presence in the box. Uses a smooth strider with a slight back load to hands. Strength is noticeable, showing heavy hands through contact. Swing has some moving parts but ball jumps when everything comes together.
Power: Gap abilities with much more to come.
Offensive Projection: Middle ceiling.
Top Rapsodo BP Exit Velocity: 90.0.
Top Rapsodo BP Distance: 266.
Field: Looks well versed at the first base position. Gets off the bag well and appears to be above average ball skills wise. Solid performance.
Throw: More than enough strength for the 1B position. 
Defensive Projection:  1B. 

1/25/20 Pitching
Delivery Notes: 6-foot-4, very physical frame. Late arriving arm through a high-3/4 slot. Above average arm speed. When in the zone stuff was legit.
Fastball: Very high spin rate. One of those fastballs that hisses through the zone at 78-82 mph. Also showed a cutter.
Fastball Spin Rate: 2200-2400.
Curveball: Showed signs of being an above average offering. Late bit.
Curveball Spin Rate: 1700-1900.
Pitchability: A bit erratic at times.

6/27/18
Ideal frame for the first base position. Plays with feel and smooth actions off the bag. Ball skills are above average for class. At the plate he starts in a balanced setup from the right side. Uses a toe turn for timing as hands move slightly back prior to launch. Intent driven swing/doesn’t get cheated up there. Middle of the lineup frame and skill set. Movements have room to cleanup but the upside is there.

3/4/18
6-foot, 190 pound first baseman prospect swings a right handed bat out of a wider stance produces a slight uphill bat path. Generates nice momentum into his swing at contact. Hips were activated well through rotation. Exit velocity was 71 mph. Defensively, his frame fits the first base position. Gets off the bag pretty well with adequate lateral mobility. Ball skills are developing. Look for him to continue to get better as he grows into frame. On the mound, the right handed pitcher works through an over the top slot with short arm action. Average arm speed. Fastball features some slight arm-side run in the zone at 70-72 mph. Changeup generates some fading action while sitting between 65-66 mph.
