6-foot-3, 170-pound thin prospect with room to fill out. Short controllable delivery with good direction to the plate. Throws with a short back arm action into a high ¾ slot with average arm speed. Lands somewhat closed at foot strike, causing him to fall to the first base side. Fastball sat 78-81 mph. Curveball sat 62-67 mph. Changeup sat 75-76 mph. At the plate he starts in a tall, athletic setup before taking a short stride to create energy into contact. During his stride forward he takes his hands slightly back before getting his barrel through the zone on a level path. Showed more pop to his pull side. Registered and exit velocity of 76 mph and ran a 5.01 from home to first.
