East-West Battle (July 2017)

Effective command of strike zone with plus secondary pitches. Good run on fastball. Sat 76/77 and touched 79 MPH with fastball. Key was secondary pitches where he could throw at any count keeping hitters off balance and guessing. Had a good start in second game of tournament striking out 8 in 4 innings of work just allowing 2 hits and a walk.

NY Games (June 25-27, 2017)

Sturdy 6-foot-2, 205-pound LHP with upside. Pitching - uses height to get downward plane on fastball at 76-77 MPH, late movement out of ¾ slot, gets hip tilt at balance point, will add velocity and movement when he learns how to push off, throws curveball at 70-71 MPH for strikes.

New York Games (June 27-29, 2016)

The 2018 LHP stands 6-foot-1, 205-pounds with a strong, durable lower half and projectable frame. FB is 68-70 MPH and has been as high as mid the mid 70's. Breaking ball has good shape and command at 62-64 MPH. The young arm shows a lot of upside and should continue to develop velocity with added strength.
