Physical: Long and lean 6-foot-1, 187-pound frame with advanced strength throughout the movements. 7.20 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH. Tall, slightly open stance with slight bat wiggle at the shoulder upon setup. Utilized a controlled leg hang to initiate a slightly uphill barrel path with natural lift through contact. Plus level bat speed through the hitting zone with fluidity towards extension and ability to consistently get his swing off in game action. On time with consistency and repeatedly peppered the RCF gap with hard line drives during a standout batting practice round. Was able to drive pitches out over the plate the other way with authority when pitched there. Strong top hand with high level bat to ball skill and sink into the lower half allowed for max power in the frame jolting long levers towards the front of the plate for contact. Recorded a top of 93 mph bat-exit velocity per Trackman Baseball and a max hand speed of 25.30 mph according to Blast Motion (a number that stands out amongst his peers at the event).
Defensively: Rangy, consistent footwork on the left side of the infield while fielding the ball slightly towards the glove side foot, plays with downhill momentum through the fielding window. Soft glove hand worked well out in front with aggression when need be and handled short hops with ease. Made the play on the run with repeatability and accuracy from different slots but worked primarily through a short arm swing with a low 3/4 arm slot. Should stick on the left side moving forward SS - 86 MPH.
