Stands at 5-foot-11, 165 pounds, with an athletic body build.  He is a young player with a lot of upside.  Defensively –  He has a solid, smooth approach through the ball, with smooth, soft, quick hands, throws with a high 3/4 arm action, arm is strong across the diamond plays through the ball nicely, with some range, and has accuracy on the target.  Pitching - On the mound, he uses a simple side step, balanced delivery, arm action is fairly clean and loose, throws with an over the top arm slot.  He drives from balanced position, but needs to finish over his front side more consistently.  He exhibits good command with a fastball max at 77 MPH.  Offensively - At the plate his setup is slightly open, short stride, with a back load.  His hands are very compact and strong, Swing on an upward tilt plane, and has shoulder high finish with nice extension through the ball.  

Capital Region Open (July 29, 2015)

Stands at 5-foot-11, 165 pounds, with an athletic body build.  He ran a 7.30 60 yard dash. Infield/Hitting - He has a smooth approach through the ball, with smooth, soft, quick hands, throws with a high 3/4 arm action, plays through the ball nicely, with some range, and has accuracy on the target.  His arm strength was 76 MPH. At the plate his setup is slightly open, short stride, with a back load.  His hands are very compact and strong, plane is straight to the ball, and has shoulder high finish with nice extension through the ball.  His exit velocity was 81 MPH. Pitching - On the mound, he uses a simple side step, balanced delivery, arm action is fairly clean and loose, throws with an over the top arm slot.  He drives from balanced position, but needs to finish over his front side more consistently.  His fast ball was (77 MPH).  Curveball had a 12/6 downward action and changeup had a little late downward action.
