Power / Speed Score
A simple calculation that divides the athlete’s Exit Velocity Max by the athlete’s 60 Yard Dash time for the given event year. For example, 98 MPH / 7.00s = 14.00.
5-foot-9, 165-pounds with an athletic body, ran a 7.12 60 yard dash. Clean actions, glove out in front, quick arm action into his release. In the box there's limited movement in his setup, narrow, upright stance. Some slight incline in his path to the ball, 79 mph exit velo.

Slight build at 5-foot-7 155 pounds, the shortstop ran a 7.47 60. Offensively- Starts even with active pre-pitch actions; long stride with lower half needing some refinements. Some length in the swing, causing barrel to be late to the zone (resulting in opposite field results). Exit velocity peaked at 74 MPH. Defensively- Serviceable range, footwork, hands and release. Tends to field groundballs to deep into his breakdown. Showed good feel around the bag for double plays. Arm strength peaked at 73 MPH across the diamond from SS. Will need to improve foot speed and arm to stay in the middle of the diamond; 2B projection at this moment.
