Physical: Lean, even proportioned frame at 5-foot-9, 165lbs. 7.80 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: RHH - Crouched, even stance with the barrel resting on the shoulder to start; utilized a leg lift stride, landing at a wider attack to initiate the bat head through a flat path into the hitting zone. Worked into a softer, adjustable front side with ability to match pitch-plane early in ball flight. Recorded a mostly pull-side approach with good rotational scores, producing a 300+ foot batted ball distance per Trackman en route to a T84 mph bat-exit velocity. Featured a lofty approach, backspinning the baseball with consistency (50% fly ball rate).
Defensively: The primary backstop displayed a lower, traditional stance in the crouch receiving with some pocket awareness. Pop times ranged from 2.15-2.20 rocking on-time with pre-catch rhythm to create some early momentum. Replaced the feet quickly and put throws on the bag to the arm-side from H ¾ slot (67 mph arm).
