Physical: 5-foot-10, 145 pounds; Lean, wiry build. 7.49 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; bat positioned at a 45 degree angle. Loads straight back with an up and down stride for timing. Drifts into contact while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 81 MPH via Trackman. Quick to the ball with a 90% sweet spot percentage.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; uses prep hop while playing low to the ground. Hands are out in front while funneling to the hip before transfer. Moderate arm circle from a low 3/4 arm slot. INF - 67 MPH. Displayed active feet and a good feel for the shortstop position
Pitching: Uses a center rubber setup working primarily from the stretch. Mid chest leg drive with a slight coil away from the plate. Has a long stride while landing slightly closed. Long arm swing while wrist hooks behind back; standard 3/4 slot. Square to the plate with finish. FB: Peak velo of 68 MPH, while sitting 65-67 MPH; straight action. CB: 55-57 MPH; early action.
