Impressive athlete at 6-foot-1 171 pounds. Explosive, fast twitch actions. Ran a 7.10 60. Offensively- Spread stance with hands off back shoulder, head height. Short stride accompanied by a slight take back with a barrel tip to the mound; foot down around same time as swing starts. Would benefit from an order of progression that would free his hands up. Put up a 91 MPH exit velocity. Flyball/line drive results. Once free and arms can get extended post contact he'll find his power potential. Defensively- Extremely active feet; changes directions and can accelerate in short bursts. Calm enough to demonstrate consistent hands; quick release and adequate left side arm at 84 MPH across the diamond. Body type screams outfield projection but athleticism plays on the left side of the infield.
